About the role
As the Clinical Service Coordinator, in this newly created role will be responsible for the coordination of our community nursing programs. This position will act as the primary point of contact for referrer’s and stakeholders and all program related enquiries. You will be responsible for daily coordination of clinical care for new and existing clients and you will oversee the KPI’s and reporting standards for this important work. As a key member of the team you will guide and support a clinical team while working closely with the Clinical Team Leader to ensure performance standards are met. This position will be offered as a permanent ongoing role.
What you bring
- AHPRA registration
- Community nursing experience with a commitment to the delivery of quality services
- Experience coordinating service contracts and clinical programs
- Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using computer and software packages
