About the Role
Based in Ryde, as an Employer Solutions Consultant - Job Match you will utilise your advanced interpersonal skills to engage with employers and match suitable vacancies to our candidates. Working closely with your colleagues you will share a common goal of ensuring candidates are successful in obtaining ongoing employment.
- Engage local employers through phone and email to generate leads for potential vacancies.
- Identify vacancy requirements using standardised position template for incoming vacancies.
- Manage vacancies attained from employers including; vacancy assessment, advertising, pre-screening and referral of suitable candidates
About You
- Confidence to engage with new and existing employers
- Varied work history to draw from
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers and relevant agencies
- Ability to interpret contractual guidelines and apply as appropriate
