AccordWest is seeking the services suitably qualified, innovative and motivated person for the full time OOHC Case Manager position.
As a Case Manager you will be based in Mandurah but work across all of our service regions. The Case Manager will work with the Team Leader in the development and implementation of case plans which aim to address the many issues confronting children and young people in Out of Home Care. Working closely with Carers and the Department of Communities - Child Protection and Family Support to provide the best possible outcomes for children in our care.
The position requires a degree in a relevant field such as Psychology or Social Work, a WWCC, current National Police Clearance and obtain a Clearance from the Department.
