Your new company
This fantastic 40 place childcare centre located in the Ryde area is currently in need of a strong Diploma qualified educator to join their team. The service received an Exceeding rating in their A&R and is part of a small collection of linked services within Sydney.
The team has created a beautiful home away from home environment to nurture children’s development and allow for creative programs. The centre spares no expense on resources and ensures children and educators have access to everything they need to support their education and growth.
Your new role
As the Diploma educator you will have the opportunity to work to your strengths and bring your experiences to the service and team. You will work collaboratively with your team in the room, with an important part to play in creating a strong routine and program for the children. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be critical as this centre prides itself on its strong working relationships with families.
The family owned organisation has an excellent track record for staff retention and internal promotions, with a philosophy of staff being like family. This role would suit a motivated and career driven educator who is looking to join a high quality childcare organisation and be provided with the opportunity to take on more leadership and responsibility in the future if desired.
