CS#1's Early Education and Care Centres are dedicated to education and care for children, with a philosophy that underpins the importance of early childhood and the value of play as a vehicle for learning.
CS#1 aims to provide children with a sense of wonder and the opportunity to explore. Each of our centres scaffold children’s learning using the Early Learning Years Framework as a guide in early pedagogy.
Each of our five CS#1 centres has its own individual identity, drawn from our educators, family, children’s voices, culture and heritage. Our services aim to provide a safe and fun environment for all who belong to the CS#1 Community.
The Role
We are looking for professionals, Cert III qualified and experienced trainees, to provide fantastic learning experiences for the children in our care. We have fulltime, part time and casual positions currently available.
About you
You will be qualified in Certificate III in Children's Services and be looking to advance your career in a role requiring strong and dedicated work ethic. Or you will be experienced in the care and education of young children and looking to complete your Cert III. You work well under pressure, are proactive and a self-starter with clear communication skills and an approachable demeanour.
You will be comfortable working as part of a team with the children's learning and well being the focus of your attention.
We require you to have:
• Certificate III in Children's Services, or willingness to obtain
• Working with Vulnerable People card
• Permanent Australian residency
