ROLE
Manage the program delivery across hospitality qualifications to ensure strong student outcomes.
Role includes:
- Reviewing, developing and implementing Hospitality Programs across the campus ensuring all areas of compliance are met
- Lead and mentor team of trainers ensuring strong student outcomes achieved
- Develop and update policies and procedures
- Ensure standards are maintained in line with ASQA requirements
- Timetabling of classes and monitoring of student progression
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Certificate IV TAE or higher
- Hospitality degree or qualifications
- 5 years industry experience
- Training & Assessing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive network across industry
