Gippsland Region - Melbourne’s eastern fringe to the New South Wales border
The Job
- Establishing effective relationships to encourage the commencement and successful completion of Australian Apprenticeships
- Consistently providing comprehensive, accurate information to Australian Apprentices, employers and other key stakeholders
- Utilising your strong understanding of the local employment market and working proactively with key stakeholders to identify opportunities that will grow the market in your region
- Demonstrating a strong track record of exceeding set key performance indicators
- Improving participation and completion rates for all key priority groups
The Right Person
- A good understanding and knowledge of Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeships and government incentives
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- A current driver's license and a willingness to travel throughout your region
- A proven sales track record and the ability to exceed targets
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills; including proficiency in word, excel, email, internet and database
