Rexcel Training has a 15 year history in providing accredited and non-accredited training to a variety of clients and employers. We have a strong focus on linking our services and our clients to local employers through meaningful skills training, industry networking and recruitment services. Here at Rexcel Training, we believe that our outcomes are equally as important as our delivery of training services.
With current expansion of our training services, we are seeking to grow our team across South Australia to support the demand of job seeker upskilling, and existing workers skill development in the Southern Adelaide Region, based in Noarlunga.
This position requires a dynamic, energetic and professional individual who can take ownership of their portfolio and develop initiatives to support the development of all clients and support Rexcel Training’s business plans and overall strategies.
The role:
- Delivery of Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways
- Delivery of Language, Literacy and Numeracy initiatives
- Networking with local employers to source work experience and employment outcomes for learners
- Working with the RTO team to undertake validation of assessment tools, processes and decisions
- Playing a key role in the development of delivery and assessment resources
- Achieving targets, including securing employment outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring junior training personnel

Experience / qualifications:
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor TAE40116).
- LNN Assessment, program delivery and student support experience
- Current Drivers Licence
- National DCSI Clearance Check
