Your role as an Early Childhood Professional will lead our curriculum inspired by Reggio Emilia principles. Whether it's helping a child take their first step or educating in our centres, you'll love our child lead teaching philosophy and our state of the art centres.

The Centre

Our beautiful 79-place centre has a unique, custom-built indoor space filled with materials and an outdoor space complete with vegetable garden. We have a speciality art space, natural materials and plenty of areas to explore and learn. Our culturally diverse team and families bring an array of languages and traditions which add to the richness of our centre. Close to CBD and public transport.

What you need to be successful

Along with your significant experience working in early learning environments, the following will be highly-regarded as we assess your skills/qualifications for a role with us:
• Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
• Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
• Current Working with Children’s check
• The ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the Centre for children, for your families and for your Educator colleagues.
