Job Description:
As an Electrical Engineering professional and trainer, you will be providing educational experiences that support the unique needs of students and working adults as they transition towards their careers.
You will also be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging training to diverse student groups
- Ensuring that students meet their study and career goals
- Marking students’ assessments
- Improving and innovating your course materials (as required)
- Provide encouraging feedback and guidance
- Maintaining student records and working with admin and compliance staff to ensure high levels of compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement strategies to ensure we maintain progress on teaching methods, learning resources and processes
Skills and Qualifications:
- TAE40116 or TAE40110 Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Automotive in Electrical Engineering
- Industry experience
- Excellent communication skills
