OSHC Assistant Coordinator - Woolharra
Chance to work Monday to Friday, service caters to 45 children aged between 5 and 12 years old in before and after school care. You would be working within an organisation who is growing steadily and prides themselves on creating an inclusive and secure environment for children.
You must have previous experience and be comfortable with a busy, fast paced environment. Working with a fantastic organisation providing high quality education and a great organisational culture.
You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate and committed to providing high quality education for school age children. The ability to implement a fantastic learning program is vital to be successful in this OOSH role.
Previous OOSH experience or a Bachelors in Early Childhood is desirable and to have a Diploma or Certificate 3 or 4 is essential. You must be able to implement and maintain a program, manage QIP and staff mentoring as well as a safe and healthy environment for all.

The role:
- Day to day leadership of staff with a focus on leading and mentoring
- Maintain high standards within the service

Essentials:
- Be flexible, reliable, spontaneous and enthusiastic, have lots of energy and be passionate
- Be initiative so you can complete set tasks and make them fun and interesting
- Fantastic communication skills to be able to work effectively with co-workers, children, parents, service management, school staff and the community.
- Have your current First Aid certificate - Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain).
- You must be able to meet the requirements of Educational Leader and Certified Supervisor
To be successful you MUST have
- Current NSW WWCC
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Completed Child protection
