Queensford College is an established Registered Training Organisation providing ELICOS and VET training in Business, Management, Accounting, Community Services and Hospitality Qualifications.

About the role
We are looking for a suitably qualified trainer with previous training experience to deliver and assess the ICT50115 Diploma of Information Technology Qualification at our Brisbane Campus.
Main Duties Include:
- Prepare for and deliver training and assessment for the course ICT50115 Diploma of Information Technology in accordance with RTO procedures, ensuring compliance in all areas
- Provide excellent support and service to students
- Maintain all assessment and training paperwork
- Provide timely and accurate data and reports when required
- Maintain personal currency of knowledge in relevant Training Packages and the VET and I.T. industry
Essential Skills Required:
- Flexible teaching strategies to assist all students
- Understanding of the VET industry and RTO requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Ability to problem solve to assist students in achieving learning outcomes
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
- ICT50115 Diploma of Information Technology or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 or equivalent including TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
- Current industry experience: relevant I.T. practices within the last 12 months
- Demonstrated experience in conducting competency-based training and assessment
- Experience in delivering relevant and engaging training to a diverse range of students
