Pinemont Preschool is a well-established, long standing community based and run preschool. We are a stand alone kindergarten run by a Committee of Management. We are proud of our commitment to Early Childhood Education. We are a well resourced and innovative sessional kindergarten that is supported by an enthusiastic community parent based Committee of Management.
Commencing immediately, we have an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and passionate Early Childhood Co-Educator to take on the role of Assistant to help deliver the 3-year-old kinder program.

Contact hours – 3 year old session times
- Monday 8.00am – 11:45pm
- Thursday 9.00am – 3.00pm
- 7.5 hours contact time with 2.25 non-contact duties (Total of 9.75 hours per week).
Additional hours may be offered including relief and coverage of increased enrolments.
Qualifications
As well as an Early Childhood Diploma or Certificate III Early Childhood, your innate ability to relate to children and their individual needs will be complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills and the capacity to work within a staff team.
You must hold a current Victorian Working with Children Check, approved First Aid and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certificates. A strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) will be highly regarded. Previous experience in sessional kindergartens is essential.
The successful applicant will be paid under the VECTEA 2016 award.
