The successful candidate will ideally have:
Hold a nationally recognised Diploma in Children's Service's or equivalent.A minimum 12 months experience working full time, on the floor in a childcare environment.Have a nurturing, caring nature with knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework. Provide two work references related to education. A valid Working with Children Check (NSW) First Aid certificate Car and Driver's Licence.Responsibilities include:Building respectful relationships with all staff, including management and children. Supervising and proactively engaging with children whilst providing age appropriate learning experiences in accordance with program and routine. Keen initiative and willingness to partake in everyday tasks from cleaning to programming and observation's.If you are experienced, dedicated and available from 3-5 days each week
