About the business
We are a small RTO with an opportunity for growth. We specialise in Building and Construction training. We have funding contracts in both Victoria and NSW. We seek to influence the next generation of builders in Australia.
About the role
Managing a small team of dedicated administration and compliance staff we are seeking someone with experience in RTO management. The role will oversee the compliance of the RTO and all operational activities. The RTO Manager will report directly to the CEO/Owner of the business. You will have the opportunity to make your mark with your management and compliance experience and influence the sales strategy.

Skills and experience
- Ideally 3 years or more in management, administration and/or compliance roles in the VET sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics, including learner outcomes, within compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated strong working knowledge of RTO Standards.
- Knowledge of Victorian funding contract
- Desirable to have knowledge of NSW funding contract.
- Desirable to have knowledge of Building and.Construction.
