Your new company
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced ECT to become a non-teaching Educational Leader and 2IC. Join this well established, homely centre close to Chatswood train station and use your passion and knowledge of Early Years Education to mentor and support staff.
The centre caters for 41 children a day and is above ratio for staff to children, which creates a calmer and happier atmosphere for children and educators alike. The owner, who is also early childhood trained, is dedicated to creating a high achieving environment with a focus on the children’s needs and forming strong bonds with families.
Your new role
This is a great opportunity for an educator who is passionate about supporting and mentoring staff and encouraging excellent practise in Early Years. This is a non-teaching role where you will work closely with the Director on the day to day operation of the service, training staff and stepping up in the Director’s absence.
The owner and Director are highly dedicated to ensuring high standards of practise and the children’s needs come first. Therefore educators are rewarded with above award salary, an opportunity to work with an established and long serving team and supportive and knowledgeable management.
