Your role
- We require a candidate who has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and studying towards.
- Must have experience in an Early Childhood setting.
- Part time position in the Nursery room, Monday – Friday
- Must be flexible to work a 5 week rotating roster and able to work all shifts
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Educator with planning and organising high-quality educational programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework
- Engage and supervise the children
- Set up the indoor and outdoor equipment, and prepare materials needed for the daily program
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children at all times
- Create positive relationships with team members, children and their families
- Work well in a small positive team environment with clear responsibilities
- Be respectful of multicultural and inclusive work/learning environment
