The Centre
The position is working for a 42 place, privately operated centre located in Mosman.
They cater for children from 2-5 years from Monday to Friday between the hours 7:30am to 6pm.
The service has a strong focus on the relationships they develop with their families and community.
A strong and committed team are looking for engaged and enthusiastic educators to join their close-knit group.
Quality Practice is supported by ongoing paid professional development all year round to support and mentor all educators in the service to achieve the best they can.
A well resourced centre that offers readily available parking as well as an easy commute via Public Transport.
The Position
We are seeking an Experienced and Passionate Educator to join the team in the Preschool Room which cares for up to 26 children per day.
You will collaborate with the room leader to develop a program and experiences for the children in the 3-5yo age group.
The position will involve all typical duties such as planning and programming, the supervision of the children, guiding the staff within the room and ensuring the room is a clean, safe and healthy environment for the children.
Developing a strong rapport and connected relationships with the children and families will see you excel in this role and within the service community.

- Hold a COMPLETED a Certificate III/Diploma/Bachelor/Masters in Early Childhood Education. (Overseas qualifications are welcome if assessed by ACECQA)
- Previous experience in a centre based care centre is essential
- Hold a current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
- Hold a current PAID NSW Working With Children's Check.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework & National Quality Standards.
- Be a vibrant, energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic inclusion to the team.
