About the role:

The Assistant Dean - Faculty of Trades, Technology and Transport ensures the achievement of operational excellence and strategic objectives through directing and managing the faculty’s daily activities

The position supports the Dean of Trades, Technology and Transport in the operational leadership, direction and management of the Faculty’s programs and pathways in alignment with BHI Group’s strategic plans. 

The Faculty of Trades, Technology and Transport delivers programs aligned to the Automotive, Electrical, Construction, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Defence Industries, Personal Services, Aviation, Rail and other industries.

Your skills:

We are seeking a trade and management qualified person with outstanding interpersonal skills and strong financial acumen.

This role requires proven extensive and varied management experience in a VET/Education environment, and success in operational leadership along with supporting the development and implementation of a successful vision and business plan. A demonstrated ability to set high standards of performance for self and others is essential.

You will need to provide a current National Police Records Check and a Working with Children Check.

You will also need to provide evidence of your entitlement to work in Australia and certified copies of your qualifications.
