About the Centre

Established in 2014 this centre is reputable in the local community. The space itself is large and filled with natural light. The outdoor areas are spacious enough for each age group to have their own learning space. Having recently been taken over by new management the centre is due for a revamp, renovation and injection of new learning tools and resources.

About You

  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Education
  • Will have at least 5 years of experience as a Centre Director in Early Education
  • Extensive knowledge of the NQS and EYLF and proven ability to develop and prepare a QIP
  • Strong and diplomatic leadership skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills
  • Exceptional written, computer literacy and verbal communication skills

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure your service and your educators meet current state and national regulation requirements
  • Ensure you create a safe, positive and secure learning environment for your children and staff
  • Ensure the health and well being of the children attending the service
  • Manage and facilitate staff conflict and model appropriate behaviour
  • Support, motivate and engage staff to ensure the highest quality of care is being delivered
  • Adapt to change to ensure quality education is being delivered for each individual child
