As part of our ongoing success and expansion we are seeking an education recruitment consultant to join our Brisbane team. We also have branches in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, and the UK with recruiters also operating out of Canada. Our services include casual staff replacement, permanent and executive level recruitment, and professional development for early childhood, school and adult education settings.

The Role

anzuk has seen an increasing demand for the temporary, contract and permanent supply of staff in Education across Brisbane. This is a unique opportunity to build your career in the area of education recruitment for Primary and Secondary schools. If you are a motivated, driven and reliable team player, and have a passion for education, we want you!

You will be working alongside a committed and supportive team of education consultants to:

• establish trust and build rapport with existing client schools via networking and face to face client meetings
• develop new business relationships with prospective client schools
• recruit, interview and match educators and support staff with client needs at a permanent employment level
• assist teachers and educators with career development through constructive feedback and targeted professional development programs

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will:

• Work Ethic and Driven Nature - you must possess the ability to work autonomously and be goal driven
• Team Player - you must be committed to team objectives and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Recruitment Skills - you must hold proven problem solving and negotiation skills and a high attention to detail
• Admin/IT Skills - possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Market Knowledge and Experience - Not mandatory but at anzuk we prefer to employ people with experience in the sector of education. 85% of our consultants used to be educators before embarking on a career in recruitment.
