Diversitat is a non-profit organisation that has been serving the Geelong community for over 40 years. Today we operate across 10 sites delivering a range of services including settlement, training, education, youth programs, financial counselling, disability and aged support. We also operate Pulse radio and TV, and various events including the famous Pako Festa.

Diversitat is recruiting a Quality and Performance Coach to be responsible for the recruitment and support of quality trainers and assessors. You will mentor all trainers and assessors and ensure engagement in professional development to ensure quality training and assessment. You will also support excellence in the RTO’s contractual and regulatory quality and compliance in line with business, industry and client satisfaction objectives. To be successful you will need to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and understanding of ASQA SRTO 2015 and have excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and leadership skills. You will also need be able to identify and maintain trainer and assessor’s capability plans, have an understanding of the VET environment and have experience with operational compliance and development of operational performance strategies based on report findings. Extensive experience as a trainer and assessor is required for this position along with Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110 / TAE40116) and relevant vocational qualifications.
This is a Permanent Full Time position.
