Queensford College is a Registered Training Orgisation (RTO) that is focused on providing quality education and training in fully accredited courses to International and Domestic students in Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide.
We specialise in delivering courses in Business, Accounting, Social Media Marketing, Hospitality, Beauty, Aged Care, Early Childhood Education and Care and English Language.

We are searching for a professional and motivated Compliance Officer for a fixed-term contract of 6 months.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and manage new courses in addition to continuous improvement of course materials, assessments, tools and session plans
• Coordinate and conduct validations, utilising principal of assessment and rules of evidence
• Assist staff with compliance issues
• Formulate training and assessment strategies, mapping, and develop delivery and assessment plans
• Contribute to the processes of recruitment, coordination, supervision, performance management and professional development of trainers
• Engage with stakeholders (employers, industry association, cohorts) to provide input regarding industry needs in the development of courses
• Manage all schedules relevant to training and assessment requirement
• Ability to meet project deadlines
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience of RTO Compliance
• Demonstrated knowledge of the VET Sector; ASQA standards 2015; CRICOS and State Government funding
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High energy with a focus on student engagement, retention, satisfaction and completion
• The ability to set priorities, plan and organise own workload with minimal supervision
• Excellent team player with high commitment to helping others
