Key responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Design and implementation of a high quality educational program.
• Develop and maintain individual child portfolios keeping staff and families abreast.
• Effectively communicate with team members to ensure smooth running of the daily routines and general operation of the centre.
• Enhance children’s developmental areas based on their interests.
• Interact and supervise indoor/outdoor activities.
• Develop and build long term professional relationships with co-workers, families and children.

The successful candidate will have:

• A Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent qualification as recognised by ACECQA.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in early childhood setting.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm & commitment to the early childhood sector.
• A passion for working with families to ensure optimum outcomes for their children
