We are seeking a Regional Manager to work in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs, leading a region of before and after school care (OSHC) services. You'll primarily be responsible for being guiding and mentoring each service's Coordinator, and will have the opportunity to lead a team of passionate Educators, the people on the ground delivering fun and exciting services and keeping kids smiling and safe. You’ll inspire them to success, leveraging on your childcare expertise and our exciting new support roles to deliver the best quality programs that make kids smile!
Forget all the additional duties you might have elsewhere - Camp Australia provides expert support roles to help your services allowing you to focus on pastoral care for your Educators: keeping them happy, motivated and performing well!
DUTIES
- Leadership: Guide and mentor your team of Educators, sharing your experience and inspiring them to succeed.
- Safety: Identify and mitigate risks to keep kids safe
- Compliance: Use your knowledge of regulations to maintain compliant services
- Quality: Guide the delivery of high quality programs
- Growth: Support services to grow within the community

REQUIREMENTS
- Leadership experience within the childcare industry
- Completed Childcare studies at Diploma or above
- Victorian Employee Working With Children Check
- First Aid training – HLTAID004
- Own method of reliable transport
