We are now seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Ardlie Street Early Learning & Kinder, located in West Meadows. This would be ideal for a newly qualified ECT, as there is an opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by our experienced ECT.
This is Permanent Part Time position, working 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and design of the Kinder program in line with the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Mentor and guide the team of Educators in delivering the program
- Work collaboratively with Team members and families
- Be innovative and creative in your approach, focusing on the individual needs of each child
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or equivalent
- First Aid Certificate – HLTAID004
- A commitment to delivering high quality care and NQF high quality indicators
- To be innovative, creative and engaging
- Experience in leading a team and building strong team morale
