About the role
The Regulatory Authority Support team are responsible for delivering high quality information, training, resources and support to authorised officers in the early childhood sector. We are looking for a Senior Officer that has experience in the delivery and professional support for adult learners and/or the delivery of early education and care programs.

Benefits and perks
This role is full time ongoing at ACECQA Band 5 ($83,933 - $102,274) with 9.75% superannuation.

Selection Criteria
- Experience in the delivery and/or development of training and professional support for adult learners and/or the delivery of quality early childhood education and care programs
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, included a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across audience and genres (including social media, print and web based), backed by high level written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to research, analyse and conceptualise complex multifaceted concepts and issues, developing proactive and innovative outcomes
- Proven ability to develop productive working relationships with external stakeholders and peak organisations
- Ability to develop and deliver informative and engaging presentations, resources and articles that promote quality education programs and practices
- Knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of relevant legislation, contemporary research, policies practices, theories and trends relating to education and care in Australia
- Demonstrated ability to use a range of technologies and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Effective teamwork skills, including a proven ability to contribute to the success of a project or team.
Highly desirable skills, knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of Adobe Captivate and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or website administration
