This role will assist in the development of delivery plans for use by trainers delivering business and english in off-shore training environments.

This is a short term contract. The successful applicant can be engaged as an employee or contractor on a full or part time basis. More than appointment may be made to cover all requirements.

The Delivery Plans relate to qualifications including Certificate I to IV in Business and Certificate I to IV in Written and Spoken English. The development may require editing of existing assessment tools.

The materials will be used by ex-pat trainers, based off shore, who are fully qualified in the delivery of english and business under the AQF. Students learn and complete assessments in English in All Qualifications and have access to a wide range of resources.

The successful applicant(s) will have access to all necessary support documents and resources.

This role will suit an experienced instructional designer, trainer and assessor with a strong background in VET and current qualifications in training and assessment.

The successful applicant will have

• Experience in development instructional material for qualifications in the Business Services Training Package (Release 2.0).
• Relevant business qualifications and industry currency.

and/ OR

• Experience in the development of instructional materials for competency based qualifications in written and spoken english.
• Relevant qualifications in teaching English as a second language.
