Bright Bees Early Learning (Nicholls)
Bright Bees is a BRAND NEW childcare centre located in the heart of Gold Creek, in the suburb of Nicholls. Dedicated to providing quality early childhood education and care, interactive learning and memorable experiences, we are looking for a highly motivated educators to inspire and be part of a great team, looking after the children from the age 6 weeks - 6 years

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the centre's philosophies whilst following childcare regulations and National Quality Standards
- Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning
- Develop strategies to guide positive children's behaviour
- Build good, open communication with children, families and educators.
- Observe and record children's growth, development and behaviour using electronic portfolios
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
- Help develop teaching goals for the centre and its teachers
- Undertake administrative tasks as required
You will already have or willing to obtain one of the following:
- An approved ACECQA early childhood teaching qualification, preferably a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
- Diploma in Early Education and Care
- Certificate 3 in Early Education and Care
- Current First Aid certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma training
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card
Desirable:
- Experience working in a Early Childhood Education and Care setting
- Fantastic organisational and teamwork skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- A good level of computer literacy
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
