FedUni TAFE – SMB Campus
Full-time, fixed-term appointment for 12 months.
An exciting opportunity has become available within FedUni TAFE, as part of the FREE TAFE Program Project, which will allow you to be part of a great team environment.
As the Vocational Education Training (VET) Quality Assurance (QA) Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support undertaking a variety of activities and coordinating functions including template re-population, storage and assisting the Senior Educator and Education Managers with tasks associated with the collection, compilation and storage of quality assurance documents.
As the successful applicant, you will develop reports and summaries relevant to FedUni TAFE Programs with textual information and numerical data. You will also coordinate systematic organisation, storage and retrieval of documents. Demonstrated organisational skills and a commitment to working to tight deadlines will ensure your success in this position.

Appointments will normally be at the base of the salary range.
