Support Officer Telephony Services - Clerk Grade 1/2 - 162268 Full time ongoing appointment. Location: Parramatta The Support Officer, Telephony Services role delivers a range of transactional business services and responds to enquiries and routine requests from internal customers, identifying and escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information. The role is accountable for delivering efficient, accurate and reliable transaction processing to support the effective operation of the functional area. About the role EDConnect is the Department’s Shared Service Centre, delivering integrated transactional and advisory services (shared services) for the Department. The role supports the Telephony Systems team within Shared Services, Business Services. The role reviews and assesses telephony related enquiries and incidents from internal customers. The role is also responsible for resolving incidents and escalating complex and technical tasks to relevant team members.
