Nido Early School has been offering premium childcare services to families in WA and VIC since 2014, following the Italian principles of the Reggio Emilia Philosophy.
This is a rare opportunity to join the Nido Family as an Executive Centre Manager for our beautiful service in Banksia Grove and lead a truly passionate and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all centre staff ensuring they are able to fulfill their roles effectively and provide the best possible education and care to our children
- Promote positive relationships with the Families and the wider Community
- Manage, monitor and meet all Financial targets to maintain a viable business and report on KPI's of the centre
- Ensure all child care regulations and licensing requirements are met
Essential Skills:
- Qualifications in Early Years Education
- Previous experience in a Management position within Childcare
- Demonstrated experience in reaching targets and KPIs, whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures
- A positive and professional demeanour with the ability to successfully lead your team
- Strong commitment to providing high quality of service for the children, families and the team
- A willingness to go beyond the call of duty and ability to use initiative to continuously improve
