Educational Leader
Our centre at Benowa is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Educational Leader who wants to join our fantastic professional team.
We are looking for a mature, career minded persons with proven exceptional skills and experience as an Educational Leader roles. This position is for you if you are a professional leader who has a strong pedagogical background.

Essential skills for the roles are:
- Hold a minimum Diploma in Childrens Services
- Commitment to a long term role
- Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of National Quality Framework, preferably been through rating and assessment
- Current Blue Card/First Aid/ Asthma and anaphylaxis
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to work autonomously with good time management skills
- Commitment to providing a High Quality Care Service
- Success in establishing and maintaining positive parent and staff relationships.
- A passion for providing early childhood learning experiences
