Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Trainer looking to advance their career and progress into senior management as the role evolves organically.
  
They are fast becoming the leading provider of work-based hospitality education and training to industry, in part by providing a learning environment that realistically simulates the industry. This is a well regarded operation and has business practices in place, you would be key to achieving success in their vision to grow a successful business throughout Queensland.
  
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated history in the following:
  

• Local and relevant industry experience (minimum 5 years)
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110) + LLN unit is essential
• Passion to train and set industry pathways for students
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to captivate, retain and provide engaging training
• Driver’s license and own reliable transport

  
You will also hold relevant certificates including Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Hospitality. This role will suit an individual that has truly been immersed in the local hospitality landscape, with genuine and current industry relationships. Your delivery will be inspired by and draw from personal experience, and give students detailed insight into the hospitality world.
  
This role will suit an outgoing, extroverted individual with strong communication skills that holds a genuine desire to see students evolve and apply their skills in a practical environment.
