SALARY RANGE: $85,953 to $94,644 pa (plus 17% super)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (36.75 hours per week) and continuing
LOCATION: Melbourne Burwood Campus
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the development of the academic timetable at the Burwood campus. Review the provision of teaching spaces to ensure space allocations are both efficient and effective.
This will include:
- Providing high quality, effective support to users of the University's Timetabling software.
- Undertaking specific tasks associated with the preparation of data related to the implementation of constraints based timetabling, including liaising with the Space Management and Planning Team.
- Providing key timetabling support services to the University Faculties.
- Coordinating the production of the campus timetable in each academic period.
ABOUT YOU
- Knowledge or Training equivalent to: Tertiary qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive management experience and proven management expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining timetabling systems within a University environment/ or experience in becoming proficient with a specialised software system within a short timeframe.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying process improvement opportunities, and working with others to deliver process improvement outcomes.
- Well-developed organisational skills with ability to effectively plan and prioritise work and interpret and apply rules and policy.
