About the role
Take a prominent role in key planning activities in the College such as enrolment load planning and business planning. Working with a wide range of senior stakeholders, you will support the strategic and operational decision making framework for the College and help to implement continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to compliance and best practice in planning and governance operations.
Skills & Experience
As a highly motivated self-starter, you will have strong analytical skills, business acumen and a demonstrated ability to apply theoretical knowledge and/or policy expertise coupled with management and leadership capability.
Proven experience working with and influencing senior management, managing multiple stakeholders and multiple projects concurrently is essential.
Demonstrated ability to form a detailed knowledge of academic and administrative policies and the interrelationships between a range of policies and activities across a complex organisation will see you succeed in this role.
