Location: Based at either Shepparton, Wangaratta or Benalla

GOTAFE, Northern Victoria's leading vocational education provider is seeking four (4) dynamic Project Officers to join the Project Support Office to manage the implementation of Regional and Specialist Training Funds (RSTF).

The RSTF is a targeted funding stream under Skills First to help meet regional industry and local community training needs across Victoria.  GOTAFE have received funding to support the successful implementation of courses in the following areas:

• Health Administration
• Community Services
• Information Technology Networking
• Individual Support
• Engineering
• Marine Craft Construction
• Horticulture
• Barbering
• Agribusiness
• Disability
• Electrotechnology
• Leisure and Health 

Reporting to the Project Leader, these roles will work collaboratively with a number of internal and external stakeholders to provide project coordination, RSTF course marketing and on-boarding of related students.  Specifically, one of these roles will support the Health and Community Services portfolio and we will therefore be looking for someone with proven experience in this sector.

To be successful you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications with a minimum two years leadership or management experience in the Vocational Education or similar environment desirable (or extensive work related experience)
• Relevant project management qualification (or willingness to undertake)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• An Innovative approach to problem solving
• Proven ability to manage simultaneous activities in a fast paced environment

• A satisfactory Police Records Check and Working with Children Check
• A current motor vehicle (car) driver's licence.

These are full time, fixed term positions primarily based at either Shepparton, Wangaratta or Benalla, with the expectation to travel to customer and industry sites.
