About the Role
This is an experienced Administrative Officer position with work in the field of Aboriginal health and disadvantaged communities, with scope of interest in remote health and large-scale data projects to inform health care practice and policy.
The Administrative Officer provides outstanding administrative and executive support services to the Associate Dean (Indigenous Development). This incumbent is required to display a high level of discretion, independent judgment and professionalism whilst regularly interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for...
- Completion of a tertiary degree and relevant work experience is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with a range of people across all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work well autonomously, as well as in a team
- A high level of organisational and time management skills
- High level of proficiency in the use of standard application software such as the Microsoft Office suite
