This is an exciting opportunity to work for the peak legal body representing Victorian lawyers. The Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) is a professional association with far reaching legal, community and political influence.
We are currently seeking an Instructional Designer - Learning and Development (Digital) who will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing a range of professional development products through a variety of digital mediums designed to meet the learning needs of legal practitioners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitation and moderation of all e-learning solutions and programs.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify, design and deliver high quality online learning products;
- Using a working knowledge of instructional design and e-learning tools and methodologies; develop content outlines, storyboards, and scripts for e-learning modules that incorporate a range of multi-media.
- Undertake quality assurance of all aspects of online professional development programs, (including text, content, interactivity, functionality) for webinars, webcasts, podcasts, e-learning modules and discussion forums;
- Provide internal technical support as appropriate
Knowledge & Skills
- Demonstrated ability to utilise e-learning technologies and software (for example, authoring tools and LMS);
- Experience with online facilitation
- Project management expertise
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Strong written and oral communication skills
