Childcare - Customer Success Consultant
Are you a Childcare Educator looking for a change that is challenging and rewarding?
We are a leader in childcare solutions, looking for an educator to join our team and drive our vision to facilitate the best possible early childhood experience for children and their families.
Your role will involve marketing, teaching, and providing consultation services in best practise for using Kinder m8 with our customers, keeping up-to-date with the current trends in the childcare industry and managing software solutions for our clients.
This is a flexible role, and part-time hours may be arranged if required.
Requirements:
- Completed Certificate III, Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood degree.
- Previous experience in the Early Years Sector.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Experience in conducting training.
- Excellent skills with digital technologies; such as iPads, computers and software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
