St Joseph's Early Childhood Services (SJECS) in Laurieton, seeks to appoint suitably qualified early childhood trained educators within its early childhood program, as outlined below. This is an opportunity for qualified people with a passion for working closely with children and families to deliver an exceptional service as part of a dynamic team.
This position works in partnership with the Director, staff team, families and the broader community of SJECS. SJECS is a highly professional centre organisation servicing the children and families of the Camden Haven area. We take pride in our commitment to innovative service provision in a supportive work environment
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- A demonstrated commitment to work in harmony with Catholic values and principle
- Certificate 3 Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- Working knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Current First Aid Certificate (including Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management)
- Be prepared to work a rostered shift between 7.30am–5.00pm
- Intermediate computer skills, to include use of Microsoft Word, Publisher and Internet

CONDITIONS
Remuneration is in accordance with the Children's Services Award 2010. Level is dependent on experience and qualification level.
SELECTION PROCESS
