We are currently working with an excellent group of OSHC Services in Sydney. The business was established in 2004, they have grown steadily through reputation and consistent delivery of the highest quality OSHC services and now provide OSHC services to families and communities in the public, private and independent education sectors.  

Their 170 place centre, located in the suburb of Eastwood, Sydney's Ryde district. Is looking for a Coordinator to join the team full time, split shifts. 

As Coordinator you are responsible for the day to day operation of the service, managing the team of educators including rostering, communicating with parents & families, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, working with QIPs and overseeing the educational program. 

Successful applicants will have: 

• Excellent communication
• Passionate about Early Childhood education
• Good understanding of the EYLF, NQF & NQS
• Experience of working with children in a leadership role
• Staff management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Early Childhood qualification (not essential)
