Griffith University is seeking a candidate who is client focused, collegial and goal orientated. This exciting role will provide high is responsible for negotiation and maintenance of admission pathways that are aligned with the University's policies and strategic goals and plays a key role in the publication of the university's admission content in various formats.

The opportunity
The position is required to interpret and apply policies and procedures to resolve complex issues, and to co-ordinate a range of admissions related functions across the University in order to deliver high quality business practices to administer the admission of students through QTAC, UAC and direct admission.

The Administration Officer, will be responsible for developing and maintaining cooperative and collaborative partnerships both internal and external to Student Administration, as well as external stakeholders to the university. The role puts the student experience first through the promotion of high quality, innovative business and information focussed services.

This is a continuing, full time position based at either the Nathan or Gold Coast campus.

About you
This is a brilliant role if you are an innovative professional with highly developed organisational, communication and critical thinking skills who has a passion for education and the delivery of student focused services. You will have highly developed computer literacy skills with a proven ability to manage a wide range of demanding tasks in a fast-changing work environment.

As the successful candidate you will hold a degree and/or extensive experience equivalent to completion of a bachelor qualification. Experience in the higher education sector would be highly regarded.

Salary range
HEW Level 6: $74,972 - $80,042 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $87,718 - $93,649 per annum.
