EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (36.75 hours per week) and continuing

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will engage teaching teams in sharing innovative pedagogical practice to develop a community of practice that enhances staff capability in digital learning.
This will include:
- Establishing effective communications, negotiations and involvement with academics in planning, developing and promoting best practice in digital learning innovation and design.
- Liaising with Faculties in the identification, promotion and adoption of innovation in educational technologies, teaching and learning and educational quality improvement.
- Leading, designing, developing and implementing online training, professional development and support programs for academics in agreed areas, including the development of exemplars.
- Contributing to the development of quality assurance standards and resources for cloud unit materials, communicating these to academic course and unit teams, and to academic support services.
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant degree in Communication, Education, Community Development, Psychology or related field with subsequent relevant experience in tertiary education or equivalent sectors.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of teaching and learning practice, strategy development, innovative methods and educational quality improvement in a tertiary education environment.
- Proven experience within a collaborative and collegial environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in communications, social media, web development/production.
