As an ideal candidate, you may possess the following:
·Vocational Education and Training (VET) administration or compliance
·VET training and assessment environment and an understanding of RTO's operations
·Training end to end process knowledge from enrolment to qualification
·Prior experience in managing RTO's that undertake CRICOS courses
Skills and Qualification
·Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or equivalent.
·Ability to delegate and coordinate
·Strong attention to detail
·Adaptability
Specific Responsibilities:
RTO compliance standards to a high and practical level across the business, manage and co-ordinate with internal/external stakeholders to add on the proposed registration courses into the scope.
Validation of learning resources/assessment to meet Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) required standard for audit.
Manage and co-ordinate reporting requirements with ASQA
Provide guidance to the team.
Maintain up-to-date information
On-board, manage and review all trainers and assessors.
