Position details

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate company Educational Leader for our Centre located in Springwood. As an Educational Leader you will be responsible for mentoring fellow staff with their programming.

Excellent support from the management team will be provided to you with large, spacious, air conditioned and well resourced rooms.

Position requirements

The successful applicant will have had previous experience in a Group Leader role (experience as an Educational Leader will be looked at favourably) as well as a passion for programming and leading and developing others in this area. The applicant will also be able to meet the following criteria;

• Be motivated & enthusiastic
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
• Be able to direct and train staff in the areas of best practice
• Have a good understanding of EYLF and the National Quality Standards 
• Have experience with programming for all ages
• Hold a minimum Diploma of Children's Services
• Hold a current blue card
• Hold a current first aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis training
• Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as it is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care
