Choklits Early Learning is most often described by visitors as "homely". Our competitive edge is our ability to offer unique and tailored education in that homely environment. Our intimate service allows staff to form strong relationships with the children and parents and truly partner with them to ensure care is specific to each individual child and their social developmental needs. This can be much harder to achieve in larger commercially minded centres.

What you will need to be successful?
- Previous experience as a room educator
- Storypark experience
- Completed Diploma in Children's Services
- Previous experience in the Early Years Sector (preferably long day care)
- Have a great personality, creativity, passion for early learning, communication skills, curiosity for early language learning and intercultural competencies.
- Demonstrate a high-level understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning
- Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma & Anaphylaxis
- Most importantly – be willing to support our vision to being Australia's highest quality provider of care and early learning which is accessible to everyone.
