Position Information
Randwick Public School (41% EALD) promotes a culture of high achievement. A nurturing and inclusive environment is created for all 960 students who come from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. The school has a focus on continuous improvement in the areas of literacy and numeracy through professional learning, shared practice and data analysis. The provision of programs for gifted and talented students combined with learning support assistance and differentiated class teaching programs ensure individual student learning needs are met. The school places emphasis on integrating technology into all programs, with mobile devices and apps being utilised on a day-to-day basis in every class. Students have many opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities across all learning areas, in particular Creative Arts and PDHPE. Selection Criteria
Approval to teach primary and infants.
Demonstrated ability in differentiating curriculum instruction for gifted and talented students.
Skills and experience in organising and leading specialist and large scale dance programs to engage students.
Innovative practice in using technology in instructional programs and to communicate with parents and staff.
