Taigum Kids Early Learning Centre is a Reggio Emilia inspired early learning centre located in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. This beautiful double centre is licensed for 175 places a day across ten beautiful studios. We are looking for confident and experienced educators to join our existing team. Catering for children aged six weeks to five years our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry. With its own animal barnyard, large natural playgrounds and dedicated art studios, Taigum Kids Early Learning Centre really is the centre that Taigum deserves.

We are currently seeking  experienced, motivated and passionate Lead Educators to join our team of dedicated and professional Early Childhood Educators.  Successful applicants will have ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager (Nominated Supervisor), two Centre Directors and an Educational Leader. This is of course coupled with ample Professional Development opportunities to ensure quality implementation of the Reggio Emilia approach.

Successful applicants for the Lead Educator positions will:

• Take pride in the presentation of the centre
• Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
• Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
• Show a genuine interest in the Reggio Emilia approach
• Possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Have previous experience in a similar role working with similar age groups
• MUST Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education Qualification 
• Show a clear understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework)

Eligible applicants for this position, MUST have experience, hold the appropriate qualifications as well as hold or be willing to obtain a current suitability card, First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training and be aware of and understand the assessment and rating processes.
