Forklift Operator / Labourer

Our client specialises in the manufacturing of insulated, fire resistant panel and facades systems. With 12 sites throughout Australian and New Zealand, they are now looking to appoint a hard working, motivated and committed Forklift Driver to join their growing team for an immediate start!

Your main responsibilities will be varied, including:

• Forklift Operations

• Manoeuvring long, awkward & fragile loads – experience in timber / steel products will be advantageous

• Manual Labour - lifting up to 25kg

• Loading and Unloading Containers

• Invoicing for Despatch

• General housekeeping

To be successful in this position you will:

• Ideally have solid Forklift / Manufacturing experience

• Be physically fit and happy performing hard manual work on a daily basis

• Not be afraid of getting your hands dirty

• Confident with computer systems

• Have strong communication skills – both verbal and written

• Be able to work Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm with occasional overtime

• Have a strong commitment to safety

• Available for an immediate start
